PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CANDIDATES 

according to article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) General Data Protection Regulation

 

In accordance with Art. 13 of the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “GDPR”), Reynaldi S.r.l. Società Benefit (hereinafter “Data Controller” or “Reynaldi S.r.l. Società Benefit”), as Data Controller, inform you (hereinafter “Data Subject”) that your personal data will be processed for the following purposes and in the following manner:

 

1. Purposes and legal basis of processing

We inform you that the Data will be processed using electronic and paper means for the following purposes:

  • Selection and evaluation of candidates for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship. 

The legal basis of the data processing is the necessity “to take steps at the request of the Data subject prior to entering into a contract” according to Art. 6(1) (b) GDPR.

In accordance with Article 111-bis of Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, the information referred to in Art.  13 of the GDPR, in cases of receiving CVs spontaneously submitted by the Data subjects for the purpose of establishing an employment relationship, will be provided at the time of the first relevant contact following the submission of the same CV. Within the limits of the purposes specified in Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, consent to the processing of personal data contained in the CVs is not required.

 

2. Disclosure of personal data

The Data will be processed, exclusively within the limits of what is necessary, by the personnel trained and authorized by the Data Controller as well as by the personnel of third parties who provide services to the Data Controller and carry out Data Processing on behalf of and on the instruction of the latter, in the capacity of Data Processors.

Besides the communications of personal data carried out in compliance with legal obligations, all Data collected and processed may be communicated exclusively for the purposes specified above to the following categories of recipients:

  • Internal office responsible for personnel selection.

 

3. Retention time 

The Data Controller will store and process Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes specified in this Privacy Notice, and in any case, for a period of time not exceeding one year after collection.

 

4. Users Rights

You may exercise the rights granted by the GDPR (articles 15-22), including:

  1. The right to receive confirmation as to whether the Data Controller is processing the User’s Personal data (access rights);
  2. The right to update, modify and/ or correct Personal data (right of rectification);
  3. The right to request the erasure of data or the restriction of the processing. This right can be granted if the process is unlawful or the Data Controller no longer needs the Personal data for the purposes of the processing (right to be forgotten and right to restriction of processing);
  4. The right to oppose the processing (right of opposition);
  5. The right to propose a complaint to the Supervisory Authority in case of violation of the regulations regarding the protection of Personal data;
  6. The right to receive an electronic copy of the User’s Personal data (in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format) and right to transmit those Data to another Data Controller without hindrance from the Data Controller to which the Personal Data have been provided (right to Data portability).
